Open Gate Theatre is the joining of creative artists from a variety of disciplines
including instrumentalists, clowns, singers, a puppet/mask makers, dancers, and actors
as well as writers, composers, choreographers, and visual artists.
They join together in a central artistic vision.
Most of these artist have worked together for many years and many projects.
Open Gate has emphasized creating work over the business side.
We have become adept at low budget/high ambition productions and avoided being stopped by funding variables.
We have presented more than three hundred concerts; most in the Pasadena/Eagle Rock area.
Open Gate Theatre has a Creative Partnership with:

where we have been co-producing concerts for nine years.
